So , I called Elite plumbing around 9:30 a.m on a Friday ,Because I had a leaking faucet out back of my house.( which last august Mr. Rooter fixed? And charged me little over 300 for, thena couple of months ago leak started again ,this time they said I need to have line moved to side of house. This charged was over 1,100 .) I have a very hard time walking up and down the side because of hill to use that faucet . Now on this Friday morning I called Elite plumbing, they were to send someone to look at my problem on Monday , But called back within hour to send Blake . He came within hour fixed my plumbing that was in the back of my house. so now I don’t have to walk up the hill to the 1,100 plumbing job that Mr Rooter charged me for . Blake did an awesome awesome job for me ,he also did the job RIGHT and my charge was no way near what Mr. Rooter charged.Thank you Elite plumbing and THANK YOU BLAKE.Sandra Moore

I am a Registered Nurse that serves the community in Estill Co. as a senior advocate. We work to help a vulnerable population to address issues as they arise utilizing community resources. I made contact with Elite Performance Plumbing seeking help with a drain problem for a senior that had exhausted their abilities to remedy their issue. I called Cindy at the office and worked directly with Jacob the owner who was excited for the chance to help. Jacob himself handled the service himself Professionally and with compassion. I personally cannot express the gratitude and respect I have gained with this company. The customer was all smiles, and even though the service may seem small to some, this plumbing issue was greatly impacting this senior’s daily life, and had for some time. I will also mention not only did he conduct himself in a manner that eased the fears this senior expressed, he also provided additional community service on his own dime through his obvious heart of servitude and kindness. This deed alone will always go recognized by me and my colleagues. I know this is a long review, but these are the type of people we want to do business with, have in our homes and trust to take care of our loved ones. After interacting with Jacob & Dalton, and their connecting us with a bathroom remodeler we also had a great experience with, it is clear why they have such a strong reputation in central Kentucky. It was easy to get in touch with their company, they showed up when they said they would, and completed the work in a timely fashion.
